Dark, Queer, Tea (Always!) Morgan Klein writes crime and romance fiction that is dark, queer, and overflowing with tea. Growing up under Section 28 in the UK shaped my views on the world and highlighted the importance of equality and equity for all. Although the world can be a tough place sometimes—there is always a glimmer of queer light in the darkness. As a gay man, I explore the darker undertones of both Bristol and London, and aim to bring contemporary crime, mystery, and thriller stories with LGBTQ+ characters front and centre. I love romance and most of my stories have a romantic undertone or subplot. I can’t always promise it will be easy for those hooking up, but I can promise you they will leave changed for the better and with a new sense of self.
